Criminal Arrest in Daviess County

Date of News Release: 04/16/2009

(Henderson, Ky.) - Daniel V. McCaslin, 34 of Calhoun was arrested and arraigned on 04-10-2009 in McLean County District Court for one count of Receiving Stolen Property Over $300.00. The charge is a result from the investigation into a complaint from Titan Contracting of the theft of copper wire and other various metals. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for 04-28-2009.
