Criminal Arrest in Daviess County
Date of News Release: 03/21/2009
(Henderson, Ky.) - Tpr. Allen Lacy clocked a 2008 Suzuki Motorcycle operated by Zackary Kauffeld westbound WK Pkwy at 102 mph. Upon attempting to stop subject fled reaching speeds in excess of 150 mph on the William Natcher Parkway. Mr. Kauffeld was finally stopped 5 miles south of Owensboro and taken into custody without incident. Mr. Kauffeld was charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st, Criminal Mischief 1st, Fleeing or Evading 1st, Speeding, No Insurance and lodged into the Ohio County Detention Center
