DUI 4th Aggravated Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, Ky.) - Trooper Lacy was running stationary radar on US231, 10 miles North of Hartford. A red S10 pickup traveling 80mph in a 55 zone passed by Northbound. Trooper Lacy activated his emergency equipment. Shawn M. Burks pulled over and stopped. Mr. Burks was observed to be very intoxicated. Mr. Burks had 4 other prior DUI's on his driving record along with one prior driving DUI suspended. Mr. Burks was arrested on the charges of DUI 4th or More/DUI Suspended 2nd/Speeding/Failed To Yield to Emergency Vehicle/No Seatbelt/No Insurance and taken to Ohio County Jail.
