Theft Investigation and Arrest

(Henderson, KY) - Trooper Zachary Jones was called out to the Holiday Inn Express reference a theft complaint. Mr. Jatin Desai told the trooper someone had gained access to his hotel room and stole undetermined amount of cash from a suitcase. Trooper Jones questioned employees that work at the hotel. Through his investigation he determined one of the employees as a suspect. Trooper Jones went to the suspect's residence and interviewed him. The suspect admitted to unlawfully entering the room and taking the money from the victim's suitcase. Money was returned to the victim. Mr. Ronald N. Lenczowski age 33 of Owensboro, KY was arrested for Burglary 2nd and taken to the Daviess County Detention Center.
