One Injured in a Two-Vehicle Collision on Wimsatt Road

(Marion County, Ky) -- Collision occurred at 8:48 p.m. 2 miles South of St Francis on Wimsatt Road. A 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager Van, operated by Kenneth Green, age 25, of Loretto was traveling Westbound when he met a white pickup truck pulling a trailer. The pickup sideswiped the van causing the van to run off the road, strike a fence, and then reenter the roadway. Mr. Green was transported to Springview Hospital for minor injuries. He was treated and released.
