Walk-Away Inmate from the Marion Adjustment Center Arrested

(Marion County, Ky.) --
On August 26, 2009 at approximately 2330 hours, Thomas Manning was arrested by the Bullitt County Sheriff"s Department in reference to his recent walk-away from the Marion Adjustment Center. Mr. Manning is currently lodged in the Bullitt County Detention Center. There were no local charges brought against Manning by the Bullitt County Sheriff"s Department.

(Marion County, Ky.) -- On August 22, 2009 Thomas Manning, age 27, of Louisville walked away from Marion Adjustment Center at 5:42pm. Thomas Manning was last seen wearing khaki clothing. Thomas Manning is wanted for Escape 2nd; original charges for incarceration were Burglary 1st, Burglary 3rd, criminal possession of a forged instrument, and tampering with physical evidence. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Manning is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police in Columbia at 1-800-222-5555.
