(Columbia, Ky.) -- "Operation Safe C.H.E.C.K" activity from Monday, June 29th - Sunday, July 5th, 2009 for the Post 15 area.

• 16 checkpoints
• 4 DUI arrests
• 16 seat belt violations
• 7 child restraint violations
• 595 vehicle inspections
• 6 drug arrests
• 7 suspended license violations
• 1 other arrest
• 152 other violations

There were no fatalities in the Post 15 area over the July 4th weekend in the Post 15 area.
