Burglary Arrest in Washington County

(Washington County, Ky.) -- An arrest has been made by the Kentucky State Police on a burglary that occurred on Smith Lane in Washington County on June 1, 2009. Jessie Neathery age 18 of Cox's Creek and a juvenile were arrested on July 2, 2009. Jessie Neathery was charged with burglary 1st, wanton endangerment 1st, criminal mischief 3rd and tampering with physical evidence. Christopher Lyons age 19 of Bardstown was arrested on 6/14/2009 and charged with the same offenses. Trooper Brian Coyt is investigating the incident.
