Injury Collision on U.S. 127 in Clinton County

(Clinton County, KY) -- Trooper Dwayne Holder and Trooper Logan Richardson are investigating a collision that occurred Tuesday morning @ 10:45am, 6 miles South of Albany on U.S. 127.
Eric C. Grubb, age 29 of Lawrenceburg was traveling South on U.S. 127 in a 2008 International when he left the roadway, overcorrected and entered the north bound lane striking a 1986 Mack truck being operated by Kenneth H. Hestand II, age 59 of Albany. Grubb was wearing a seat belt, he was treated and released from the Clinton County Hospital. Mr. Hestand was not wearing a seat belt, also treated and released from the Clinton County Hospital.
Tpr. Holder and Tpr. Richardson were assisted at the scene by Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Clinton County Sheriff's Dept., Clinton County EMS, Albany Fire and Rescue, State Highway Dept, EPA, and Harvey Bicken Enterprises.
