DUI Injury Collision on Wimsatt Road in Marion County

Date of News Release: 06/18/2009

(Marion County, Ky.) -- A collision occurred 2 miles East of Raywick on Wimsatt Road at 6:10 pm. Lewis Cissell, age 49 of Raywick KY was operating a 96 Harley Davidson motorcycle West bound when he lost control in a curve and wrecked on the roadway.

Mr. Cissell was treated at Springview hospital. He was not wearing a helmet. The collision was investigated by TPR Fred Cornett.

Mr. Cissell was cited to appear in court for DUI 1st.
