Residential Burglary Investigation in Springfield, Ky

(Springfield, Ky.) -- At 1:10 EDT, The Kentucky State Police responded to a residential Burglary in the Smith Lane area of Washington County. The possible suspect vehicle is a dark colored, Ford F150 crew cab occupied by one black male and two white males, last seen headed north on KY 429 (Saint Rose Rd.) in Washington County. The occupants of this vehicle should be considered armed and dangerous. If you have any contact with this vehicle or any information regarding this incident, please contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state) or contact your local law enforcement agency.

The suspect vehicle is possibly a black Ford, 4-door, crew cab or SUV. The homeowner drove up on the residence from an adjacent field in a Kawasaki Mule and spooked the perpetrators. The perpetrators fled the scene wearing black masks. The homeowner stated that she heard multiple gunshots but did not see a weapon and was unable to say that the shots came from the perpetrators or that they were directed at her.
