DUI Injury Collision on HWY 289 in Marion County

(Marion County, Ky.) -- Trooper Donnie Moses is investigating a collision that occurred today at 2:30 P.M. on HWY 289, 4 miles west of Lebanon. 19 year old Tracy L. Bryan, of Campbellsville, was operating a 1997 GMC when she left the roadway and drove through a fence. Ms. Bryan's vehicle then struck a tree and overturned. Ms. Bryan was not wearing a seatbelt, and was transported to Springview Hospital by Marion County EMS for treatment. Trooper Moses cited Bryan to court on charges of DUI 1st/Under 21, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, and Controlled Substance not in Original Container.
