Wanted Person Located

Oler was arrested in South Pittsburgh, TN on Thursday April 21, 2009 after surrendering to authorities and revealing that he was wanted in Kentucky. He was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Oler is lodged in the Marion County Justice Center in Jasper, TN and is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday April 29, 2009.

(Columbia, Ky.) - The Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate 46-year-old (08/07/1962) Gary E. Oler of Greensburg, KY. As a result of an ongoing investigation, he is wanted for the following charges.


  1. Use of a Minor in a sexual performance
  2. Distribution of obscene matter to minors
  3. 2 counts of Attempted Sexual Abuse 1st degree
  4. 10 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a sexual performance by a minor

Oler is a 5'07" white male, weighing 160 lbs. with hazel eyes and was last seen on the morning of March 25, 2009 on Judd Cemetery Road of Green County in an older model blue pick-up truck operated by a white male. He has previously lived in the Hovious Ridge Road area of Adair County.
