Injury Collision on KY Hwy 49 in Marion County

Marion County, Ky. - Tpr. Nathan Rhodes is investigating a collision that occurred at approximately 1:00 P.M. today on KY Hwy 49, 12 miles north of Lebanon. 26 year old Leslie Hale, of Bardstown, was operating a 2004 Lexus, southbound on Hwy 49. Hale lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway, and stuck a tree. Hale was wearing a seatbelt and was treated and released at Springview Hospital.
