DUI Injury Collision on Ky 76 in Russell County
Date of News Release: 04/05/2009
(Russell County, Ky.) -- A collision occurred on Ky 76 in the Eli community. Dwayne Padgett 44 of Russell Springs was operating a 1992 Mazda.
Mr. Padgett was traveling eastbound on KY 76 when he lost control, then came to a final rest inside a storage building. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Dwayne Padgett was transported by EMS to Russell County Hospital for treatment and then cited for DUI.
Tpr. Adam Likins was assisted at the scene by Russell County Deputies and EMS.
