Injury Collision on Ky 152 in Marion County

(Marion County, KY) -- A collision occurred 5 miles west of Springfield on Ky 152 @ 2:19 AM. James Herzog 32 of Willisburg was operating a 1998 Ford Explorer.

Mr. Herzog was traveling eastbound on Ky 152 2 miles east of Loretto when he ran off the roadway and struck an earth embankment. Mr. Herzog got back on the roadway and traveled 5 miles when the vehicle stalled in the roadway. Airbags were deployed, and no seat belt was in use.

James Herzog was treated and released from Springview Hospital.
