KSP Charge Two with Escape

(Columbia, Ky.) - The Kentucky State Police have charged 2 men with Escape 2nd Degree after they walked away from the Marion Adjustment Center in Marion County. 40-year-old Dwayne Smith of Louisville and 28-year-old Billy T. Woosley of Oldham County walked away from the facility but were apprehended a short time later by facility employees. Marion Adjustment Center notified Post 15 of the walk away and apprehension at 2:46 CST. Tpr. Fred Cornett is investigating.
