March Monthly Activity From Post 14

(Ashland, Ky.) - During the month of March 2009, there were 29 motor vehicle collisions investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.

During March of 2009 there were 0 fatalities in the Post 14 area compared to 1 in March 2008, which occurred in Carter County. Statewide fatalities stand at 158 compared to 179 for the same time period in 2008.
