Criminal Arrest in Perry County

(Hazard, Ky.) - On February 27, 2009 around 2 P.M. a search warrant was conducted at the residence of Peter and Martha Combs, in the Combs community of Perry County, by Kentucky State Police and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officers. 17 Suboxone tablets along with several items of drug paraphernalia were recovered from the residence. Peter and Martha Combs were arrested at the scene and lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail. They are charged with Trafficking In Controlled Substance 2nd Degree. The incident remains under investigation by Tpr. Ira Napier U/672.
