KSP Arrest 19 Year-Old Bourbon County Man In Missing Lawrenceburg Juvenile Investigation

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- On Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 1:01 PM, Kentucky State Police Troopers' and Detectives' from the Frankfort Post arrested Brian T. Jones of Paris, KY. His arrest is linked to the missing 14 year-old female from Lawrenceburg, KY. On Monday, December 7, 2009 Kentucky State Police Dry Ridge Post located the missing 14 year-old female from Lawrenceburg, KY., in Bourbon County after receiving an anonymous call reporting her location.

Kentucky State Police executed search and arrests warrants at Brian T. Jones's residence in Bourbon, County. He was taken to the Bourbon County Detention Center and lodged with no bond. He has been charged with 3 counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor) and 1 count of Kidnapping (Class B Felony).

The investigation has revealed that the 19 year-old Brian T. Jones met the juvenile when she was 13 years-old through the internet on My Space in the summer of 2009. A face to face meeting took place when the 14 year-old female juvenile ran away.

The investigation is continuing by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort.
