Kentucky State Police Arrest Georgetown Man on Several Drug Charges

(Frankfort, Ky.) -- On Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 12:53 AM Post 12 narcotic detectives executed a search warrant at 122 West Washington St in Georgetown, KY. Seized from the residence were several prescription narcotics ranging from Methadone, Hydrocodone and Suboxone. There were a total of 761 pills seized with a street value of $9410.00. Cocaine and drug paraphernalia was also seized along with $742.00 in cash.
Kentucky State Police arrested James E. Wilburn, age 68 of Georgetown, KY. He was lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.
James E. Wilburn has been charged with the following drug charges. 1 count of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st, 6 counts of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd, 1 count of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 3rd, Possession of a of Controlled Substance 1st, Possession of a of Controlled Substance 3rd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Other charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort.
