Franklin County Assault 1st Investigation
Date of News Release: 06/16/2009
(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Kentucky State Police and the Franklin County SO responded to a 911 hangup call on Mt Zion Rd in Franklin County. Steve Stamper, age 41 of Frankfort and David Roger, age 67 of Frankfort were injured during a fight at Stamper's residence. During the fight gun shots were fired. Both were transported to the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. The investigation is ongoing by KSP and arrests are pending.
