Franklin County Death Investigation

(Post 12 Frankfort)- The Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is conducting a death investigation in Franklin County. On Monday, April 27, 2009 at 7:30 AM, Harold Atha, age 59 of Frankfort, KY was founded deceased on his property due to a fire. The fire is under investigation, but arson is not suspected and no foul play is suspected. The death investigation is continuing.
