Fatal Collision on I-64 in Shelby County

(Frankfort, KY) - Ieshia C. Ford was traveling eastbound on I-64 when she lost control of her 2009 Chevy. Ms. Ford over corrected her vehicle and struck Mary Sadowski's vehicle slightly. Ms. Ford's vehicle left the eastbound side of I-64 and overturned several times. The passenger was unrestrained and ejected from the vehicle. The vehicle struck a group of trees and came to final rest. The Shelby County Coroner Office pronounced Natasha N. Lewis age 24 of Lexington deceased at the scene. The collision under investigation by Post 12 Frankfort Kentucky State Police.
