Methamphetamine Lab Incident and Arrests in McCreary County

(London, Ky.) -- On Sunday, December 20, 2009, at 1:03 AM the Kentucky State Police Trooper Shaler Jones and McCreary County Constable Jamie Higginbotham responded to a residence on KY 896 in the Parkers Lake area of McCreary County to serve a warrant of arrest on the homeowner.
Upon arrival at the residence the officers located several subjects with one fleeing on foot. Trooper Jones apprehended the subject after a short distance. During the course of the warrant service investigation the officers discovered an active Meth Lab.
Trooper Jones arrested and charged the following people:
Ronald L. Rollins, 41, of Parkers Lake, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree (on foot) and Resisting Arrest.
Michelle Ross, 35, of Parkers Lake, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st.
Roy Bryant, 35, of Parkers Lake, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st and Resisting Arrest.
Roberta Bryant, 36, of Parkers Lake, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st.
All individuals were lodged in the McCreary County Detention Center.
Trooper Jones is continuing the investigation and was assisted by McCreary County Constable Jamie Higginbotham.
