Bomb Threat and Arrest in Laurel County

(London, Ky.) -- On Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at approximately 9:14 AM the Kentucky State Police, Post 11, in London was notified by the Laurel County 911 Dispatch Center of a bomb threat at Senture, a business located in the industrial park of Laurel, County.
The caller advised that there was a bomb in the Kentucky Office. There are two locations in Kentucky, one in London and one in Corbin; both were evacuated and searched with nothing found.
An investigation into the incident identified the caller as Jason D. Collins, 22, of London.
Mr. Collins was arrested and charged with one count of Terroristic Threatening 1ST and lodged in the Laurel County Jail.
Trooper Chris Roberts is the lead investigator into the incident and was assisted by officers from the Kentucky State Police, the Corbin City Police, the Corbin Fire Department, the Laurel County Emergency Management, Laurel County EMS, and the Colony Fire Department.
