Warrant Service and Meth Lab Arrest in Laurel County

(London, Ky.) -- On Saturday, October 03, 2009, at approximately 10:57 PM, while attempting to serve a criminal warrant at a residence in the Cornett Subdivision in Laurel County, Trooper Christopher Roberts and Trooper Michael King discovered two active Methamphetamine Labs.
During the investigation the Troopers arrested seven (7) people on various charges.
Arrested were Joshua Hess, 23, of Fariston, charged with Fleeing or Evading Police 2ND (on foot) and Giving False Name or Address to an Officer, Daniel Leddington, 24, and Geneva Leddington, 22, both of Fariston and both charged on bench warrants.
Also, arrested were Ronnie Lockaby, 30, of London, Randy Collier, 45, of London, Whitney Goodin, 19, of London and Stephanie Walters, 28, of London all charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1ST Degree.
All of the accused were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
Trooper Roberts is in charge of the investigation and was assisted at the scene by Trooper Michael King, Sergeant Steve Walker, Deputy Stephen Walker and members from the Laurel County Department of Public Safety.
