(London, Ky.) -- On Monday, May 11, 2009 at 2:00 PM the Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London, in observance of National Police Officer Memorial Week, placed a wreath at the grave site of Trooper Elmer Mobley, Jr. who died in the line of duty on May 28, 1964.
