Arrest in Pulaski County

(London, Ky.) - On Monday, March 16, 2009 Kentucky State Police Senior Trooper Anthony Phillips arrested Jesse Scott, 28, of Keno Road, Burnside on the charge of Receiving Stolen Property over $300.00.

The arrest is the result of an investigation that began on Monday, February 16, 2009 when Trooper Phillips received information on a stolen 2004 Kawasaki Mule style ATV located in Tateville, KY.

Trooper Phillips located the ATV on Railroad Drive and identified it as one that was stolen from the Hawk Creek area of Laurel County.

At the completion of the investigation Trooper Phillips received an indictment from the Pulaski County Grand Jury and arrested Scott at the Pulaski County Court House.
