New Post Commander at Post 10 Harlan

Date of News Release: 07/21/09

An image of Captain Smith(Harlan, Ky.) --Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan has been assigned a new post commander. Leslie E. Smith of Cumberland, KY was promoted to Captain on 07/16/2009. Captain Smith is a 22 year veteran of the Kentucky State Police and was previously assigned to Post 10 Harlan as the Operations Lieutenant.
