Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan Welcomes New Trooper

An image of Trooper Jeffrey Browning(Harlan, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Post 10 welcomes a new Trooper from the latest graduating class number 87 of the Kentucky State Police Academy. Trooper Jeffrey D. Browning of Hazard, KY has been assigned to Harlan Post and will be working Harlan County. Trooper Browning is a 1993 graduate of Dilce Combs High School and attended Alice Lloyd College and Hazard Community Technical College. Trooper Browning is also an eleven year veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard.
