Fatal Collision on KY 122 in Floyd County
Date of News Release: 12/25/2008
(Pikeville, KY) - Bryan Tackett was driving west on KY 122 at Buckingham when he lost control of his vehicle. He ran off the roadway and struck a trailer used for storage. He was pronounced dead on the scene by the Floyd County Coroners Office. The accident is still under investigation by Trooper Cornett.
