Death Investigation & Arrest in Hueysville, KY

(Pikeville, KY) - Detective D. Price and Trooper R. Russell were following up on the Gregory Allen Shepherd missing person's case. The investigation led them to the 3 accused subjects at Winchester Road in Hueysville, KY. After interviewing the three subjects they were arrested and charged with Complicity to Commit Murder. The subjects agreed to give the location of the body to the officers and take them to the scene. After a search in Knott County in the area of Elk View Point the body was located and pronounced dead at 0630 hours by Knott County Coroner William Blair. The body is being sent to Frankfort for an autopsy. The accused were lodged in the Floyd County Jail and charged with Complicity to Commit Murder. This case is still under investigation by Detective D. Price.
