DUI Collision on US 421 Jackson County

(Richmond, KY) - Tracy Miller was traveling North on US 421 at Sand Gap when he lost control of his vehicle. Mr. Miller's vehicle traveled through a small parking lot where it struck an earth embankment and became airborne. Mr. Miller's vehicle then struck a parked vehicle in a yard before striking the corner of a private residence causing major damage to the home. Tracy Miller was arrested and charged with DUI 1^st and No Operators License. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. The collision remains under investigation by Trooper First Class Chris Chenault.
