Arrest Made In The 2002 Lincoln County Murders Of Bo Upton & Ryan Shangraw

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, has arrested one suspect in connection with the February 1st, 2002 Lincoln County murders of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected. Due to the nature of this case and its ongoing status, no further details will be released at this time.
