Bracken County Sheriff's Deputy Arrested
Date of News Release: 10/24/2008
(Dry Ridge, KY) - At approximately 1100 hours units from the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement (Special Investigations East Command) along with troopers from KSP Post 6, arrested Frank Smith Jr. (39) of Brooksville. Mr. Smith, a Bracken County Sheriff Deputy, was arrested for Trafficking a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree. The arrest was the result of a lengthy investigation and occurred at the McDonalds parking lot in Falmouth, KY.
