(Campbellsburg, KY) - On June 25, 2008 the Kentucky State Police responded to 2033 Highland Avenue in Carrollton, Kentucky on reports of a plane in the Ohio River. Glen A. Moorman from Union, Kentucky piloted the plane, which reportedly experienced an unknown problem forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing in the Ohio River. Kentucky State Police Trooper Kurt Buhts compiled the initial investigative report which was submitted the Transportation Cabinet Department of Aviation for further investigation. Assisting at the scene was the Coast Guard, Carroll County Rescue Squad, and Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.
