Bus Accident on I-65 in Hart County

(Bowling Green, KY) - A bus was traveling northbound on I-65 when an alarm went off in the dashboard and the driver looked in the rearview mirror and saw smoke billowing from the back of the bus. The driver of the bus pulled the bus to the shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle was fully engulfed when officers and the fire department arrived. Due to the amount of rubber that was on the bus, when the fire dept had the blaze almost out, it would ignite again. Nobody was injured in this incident.
