Sex Abuse Arrest in Logan County

Date of News Release: 01/30/2008

(Bowling Green) - As part of an ongoing investigation, Merlin Overholt was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail on the charges of 5 Counts Of Sodomy 1st, and 5 Counts Of Sexual Abuse 1st Victim Less Than 12 Years Old. Further details about this investigation or the victim are not being released at this time.
