Injury Collision on US 62 in Muhlenberg County

Madisonville, KY - On December 26th Clayton Adams was operating a 1999 Chevrolet S-10 east bound on US 62. For some unknown reason, Mr. Adams lost control of his vehicle and exited the right shoulder of the roadway. The passenger side of the vehicle struck a tree causing the vehicle to come to final rest. Mr. Adams was transported to Muhlenberg Community Hospital by Muhlenberg County EMS for treatment.
