Injury Collision on KY 102 in Todd County

Madisonville, KY - On 12/26/2008 Ms. Rachel A. Carter was operating a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am westbound on KY 102 at a high rate of speed. Ms. Carter lost control of her vehicle and ran off the roadway onto the right shoulder. Ms. Carter then struck a utility pole head-on causing the utility pole to break off approximately two feet above the ground. Rachael and Christa Carter were transported by ambulance to Logan Memorial Hospital for treatment.
