Injury Collision on US 41A in Hopkins County

Date of News Release: 12/05/2008

(Madisonville, KY) - James Richardson was operating a 1994 Ford garbage truck northbound on US 41A when for an undetermined reason, he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle overturned on its driver's side and came to rest blocking the northbound lane. Mr. Richardson was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. His passenger, Phillip Slaton, was not injured. Both men were wearing seat belts.
