Injury Collision on KY 502 in Hopkins County

(Madisonville, KY) - Robert Eaves was operating a 1986 Mack dump truck southbound on KY 502 when he stated that another vehicle was in his lane. Mr. Eaves swerved to avoid a collision and his vehicle dropped off the southbound shoulder of the roadway. It reentered the roadway and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side blocking both lanes. Mr. Eaves was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
