Injury Collison on KY 2569 in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, KY) - Mr. Noel Young was operating a 2004 Freightliner tractor-trailer, loaded with chickens. He was traveling South on KY 2569. As Mr. Young entered a curve, his front right tire dropped off of the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Young over corrected in an attempt to get back on the roadway, which caused his vehicle to overturn and come to final rest on its' passenger side. Mr. Young was injured during the accident and was transported to Muhlenberg County Community Hospital by the Muhlenberg County E.M.S.
