Drug Investigation & Arrest in Webster County

(Madisonville, KY) - Kentucky State Police units conducted a Knock and Talk at the residence of Carroll W. Lovan located at 1747 Fishtrap Derby Mine Road in Webster county. Troopers received consent to search Mr. Lovan's residence and located inside the components used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine. Mr. Lovan was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense, and, Knowingly possess Anhydrous Ammonia 1st Offense, Unlawful possession of Methamphetamine Precursor 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense - Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense - Drug Unspecified, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. He was lodged in the Webster County Detention Center.
