Injury Collision on W. Everly Brothers Boulevard in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, KY) - Mrs. Amanda Willoughby was traveling westbound on W. Everly Brothers Boulevard when she attempted to make a left turn into a parking lot. Mr. Ricky King was westbound in an emergency vehicle with its emergency equipment activated. Mr. King attempted to go around the Ms. Willoughby's vehicle at the same time she was making her left turn. The emergency vehicle then struck the driver side of Ms. Willoughby's vehicle. Ms. Willoughby was transported to Muhlenberg County Hospital for her injuries. Mr. King was not injured. The accident is still under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
