Injury Collision on KY 181 in Todd County

Date of News Release: 09/16/2008

(Madisonville, KY) - Mr. Jeremy D. Menear was operating his 2007 Mazda on KY 181. Mr. Menear lost control of his vehicle and exited the roadway off the left shoulder. The vehicle came to final rest after striking a culvert. Mr. Menear was transported by Todd Co EMS to Gateway Hospital in Clarksville, TN with a head injury.
