Burglary 2nd Degree Investigation & Arrest in Powderly, KY

(Powderly, KY) - Trooper Brandon McPherson responded to a burglary complaint in Powderly. Upon arrival he located evidence that led him to an apartment occupied by Chad Adler, and Anthony Contant. After a search of the residence, several stolen items such as hand tools, power tools, lawn mowers, weed eaters, clothes etc. were located inside their apartment. Further investigation revealed that Anthony Constant had stolen the items from several of his neighbors, making several trips back and forth from his apartment in the early morning hours. Chad Adler assisted Mr. Contant take a 4-wheeler up the street and hide it down an embankment. Both subjects were lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
