Inmate from Christian County Detention Center Escapes While on Work Release

Hopkinsville, KY (Christian County) - On Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at approximately 9:53 a.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville was contacted by the Christian County Detention Center reference an escapee. The inmate was on a work release program on Clay Street in the limits of Hopkinsville and walked away.

Wanted for Escape 2nd Degree (Class D Felony) is:

Gabriella M. John	Age: 44	Sex: F	Race: W
Height: 5'2"	Weight: 125	Hair: Blonde	Eyes: Blue

Ms. John was last seen wearing blue jeans, a maroon shirt with a white t-shirt underneath and black, combat boots. She has numerous tattoos on her body. Ms. John was incarcerated in the Christian County Detention Center on a probation violation and drug charges. If you come into contact with her, do not try to apprehend her.
