Drug Arrest in Christian County

Date of News Release: 09/08/2008

(Christian County) - Trooper Jason Newby, assisted by deputies from the Christian County Sheriff's Department, responded to 120 Pyke Street in Crofton to conduct an investigation on possible drug activity at the residence. Trooper Newby obtained consent to search from the renter of the residence, Holly Acevedo. During the search, Trooper Newby located baggies of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia. Richard Fisk age 29 was arrested without incident and charged with 1)Trafficking Marijuana Less Than 8 Ounces & 2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. Holly Acevedo age 45 was arrested without incident and charged with 1)Trafficking Marijuana Less Than 8 Ounces & 2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. Elija Goodman age 21 was arrested without incident and charged with 1) Possession of Marijuana & 2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. All were lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
